As a coach, Tasha follows the Unbeatable Mind (UM) coaching philosophy that the client’s greatest opportunity for growth comes with mastery across the five mountains:  physical, mental, emotional, intuitional and kokoro spirit.  She lives the UM principles daily and credits her recent professional and athletic success with learning to tap into the power of the mind and invest in emotional mountain work.  She welcomes clients of all ages and backgrounds.

Experience:

Tasha began her career as a CH-46E helicopter pilot in the U.S. Marine Corps.  She served eight years including two Marine Expeditionary Unit deployments.   During her last deployment she spent eight months in Iraq flying casualty evacuation missions in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Since leaving the Marine Corps, Tasha has eleven plus years of experience in finance and business roles for Fortune 50 companies including her current role at Microsoft where she manages global commercial pricing.  Tasha is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a CFA charterholder.

Tasha is also an avid athlete.  She competes in her age division in marathon and triathlon, with a 2022 personal best of 2:58 at the Boston Marathon.  Tasha also is a certified yoga instructor and is working on her Pilates instructor certification.  She competed for the Marine Corps as a member of the All-Marine Soccer and Triathlon teams.

Tasha is also focused on nutrition and mindfulness.  She holds a certification in nutrition from the AFPA and is a Metabolic Efficiency Training Level 1 graduate.  She has been practicing mindfulness and is a current practitioner of Transcendental Meditation, Heartfulness Meditation and Kadampa Buddhism.
