I have bought the book. I’m 85 years old, but am anxious to keep in shape and stay alive as long as the Lord lets me. The breathing exercise is great for older people, but I can’t get people at the “Y” to do it or believe in it. My son does it and he is a swimmer. Keep talking and writing. Thanks. My creativity is in understanding Western, non-communicable diseases that, in part, arise from injuries to autonomic nerves (see Wiki) caused by (I) physical efforts during defecation (Ii) difficult first labours (iii) surgical procedures … and a few other things !
It takes simplicity, insight and Shanghai !
Great job – well done !!
