Bringing more than 20 years of experience in the Service, Fitness and Hospitality industries, Heather Parillo is a multifaceted visionary and turnaround artist with a solid track record of leading individuals, teams and companies to their stated goals. She is seasoned at leading transformation through a range of business experiences as a coach and trainer as well as facilitating at the Middle East Leadership Academy (MELA) and Central Eurasia Leadership Academy (CELA), and Society Of International Fellows Leadership Academy (SIBFLA). Ms. Parillo held previous positions as Chief Executive Officer of The Live Well Brand, a vacation rental, concierge service and lifestyle brand with headquarters in Florida. Prior to her move to Florida, she was the Chief People Officer for a restaurant group in Texas for nearly a decade. The core of her work has always centered around identifying brand visions, values and missions, implementing training and systems to champion the culture of companies, human resources, stakeholder relations, brand messaging, and leadership development.
Ms. Parillo is known to lead by example by not only implementing the practices she coaches in her personal life but also in business. She is a firm believer that a master leads the way for others by living a life of consistent practices, not by merely sharing theory and principles of how to achieve desired results. One must personally break through the realms of self-actualization to self-transcendence to guide others on their own personal journey to fulfillment. Ms. Parillo is currently training to attend the most physically challenging event in the world for civilians as a means to demonstrate the power within each individual to achieve the impossible. She leads the way so others can realize their dreams.
Ms. Parillo received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Boston College. She studied abroad in Tokyo at Sophia University on a scholarship awarded by the United States Secretary of Defense. The comparative study of cultures, politics and law shaped the direction of Ms. Parillo’s career and continues to guide the evolution of the work Ms. Parillo does on an international level. She is committed to a life of service to others. She has served on the board for The African Hope Network, led programs for the Professional Women’s Group at Dress for Success Dallas, and has proudly served as a facilitator for the SIBF LA, MELA, and CELA.
Ms. Parillo lives in Destin, Florida with her husband and two children, Cole (18) and Kendall (16). In her time away from work, she enjoys the simple joys of life that are abundantly present on the shores of Florida she calls home.
