My purpose is to guide others toward balanced living by cultivating resilience, purpose, and sustainable practices that support long-term well-being and personal growth.
John is a Certified Unbeatable Mind Coach, former CME floor trader, and practitioner trained in neuropsychoanalysis. He works with elite discretionary traders, hedge fund portfolio managers, prop firm traders, athletes, and executives. His Nervous System Integration (NSI) methodology—a five-channel framework across the Cognitive, Somatic, Affective, Intuitive, and Relational dimensions—pairs clinical depth with the lived reality of the trading floor to build the composure and decision quality that separate consistent performers from the rest.
John’s path began at the first UM Members Retreat in 2013, which cemented his interest in Mark Divine’s SealFit and Unbeatable Mind work. It confirmed what 17 years on the CME floor had already taught him: analytical skill alone doesn’t determine who wins—the performers who endure are the ones who can regulate themselves when the stakes are highest.
He joined the Tip of the Spear in 2020, completed the UM coaches training, and became a Certified Unbeatable Mind Coach on April 22, 2021. He still applies those techniques daily—with his clients and in his own life. Combined with graduate-level training in modern psychoanalysis and neuropsychoanalysis under Dr. Mark Solms, founder of the field, this foundation drives his NSI methodology.
As AI commoditizes analytical edge, nervous system resilience is the last competitive advantage. Even Bridgewater, with 400 analysts mapping cause-and-effect linkages, is still wrong roughly 40% of the time—information alone is no longer the differentiator. What sets elite performers apart now is staying clear and decisive when others unravel.
Through the NSI framework and the Unbeatable Mind approach, John helps clients integrate mind and body and turn chaos into calm—so they perform at their best when it matters most.
