In preparation for the event, you can expect an agenda spanning two days filled with valuable insight on cultivating courage in every aspect of your life.
DAY 1
Friday, September 10th

You will need a journal, pen, water, yoga mat, comfortable clothing and shoes, and ice bags! Once you register, we’ll send you some pre-work questions to get your mind focused on cultivating courage before the virtual event.
Most of our Unbeatable training is focused on the mental mountain, although there are portions of the event with recommended movement practices to help you integrate courage at the deepest level of your nervous system. All the movement and physical practices during this event are optional and can be adjusted to your readiness.
