Conquering The Murph Workout
You’re going to need inside information and expert secrets if you’re going to conquer the Murph. Named after Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy who was killed in Afghanistan, the Murph is a workout designed to honor and remember the men and women of the armed forces that have lost their lives in defense of our freedom.

The Murph ensures these men and women are never forgotten by pushing you to the limit with a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats and another 1-mile run.
